Discovery Zone & John Moods
Discovery Zone is the project of New York-based musician and multimedia artist JJ Weihl.
Originally from Manhattan, JJ co-founded the art rock band Fenster in Berlin with longtime collaborator John Moods (Jonathan Jarzyna). The band released four albums between 2012 and 2018.
In 2020, she debuted her solo project with 'Remote Control' on Mansions and Millions, followed by her second album 'Quantum Web', released in 2024 on RVNG Intl. Her music blends experimental pop, ambient textures, and processed vocals, exploring themes of technology, connection, and transformation.
John Moods is the solo project of Los Angeles-based German-Polish songwriter Jonathan Jarzyna, co-founder of the band Fenster.
He released his debut solo album 'The Essential John Moods' in 2018, followed by 'So Sweet So Nice' in 2021 on Mansions and Millions and Arbutus Records. In 2022, he released 'The Great Design', as well as 'Hidden Gem', a collaborative album with The Zenmenn.
In 2024, he released the album 'Into The Video' as part of the duo Dead Sound with Young Marco on Music From Memory.
