1. Who we are

Mansions and Millions is an independent record label based in Berlin. The full company details, the responsible person and our privacy policy are in the imprint.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the label's own internal tools. Those tools connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Google, Shopify and Bandcamp, and they do so exclusively with accounts that belong to Mansions and Millions. They are operated by us, for our own accounts, and they are not offered to anyone else. No one outside the label can sign in to them, and we do not process data of any account other than our own.

3. Using this website

You are welcome to browse, listen and share links. Please do not copy, scrape or republish our content, artwork or audio without asking us first.

4. Shop purchases

These terms do not govern purchases. Records, tapes and merchandise are sold through our Shopify shop or through Bandcamp, and the terms shown there at checkout apply, including your statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Third-party platforms

Where our tools publish to or read from a third-party platform, that platform's own terms apply to the content concerned. We are responsible for what we publish; the platform is responsible for its service.

6. No warranty

This website is provided as it is. We take care to keep release dates, credits and links correct, but we cannot guarantee that everything is accurate or available at all times.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above says when they last changed.
